Instead you can call and speak to one of our dedicated experts to explain the details of your truckload. Once you decide to move forward with your purchase, an invoice will be emailed to you with our payment instructions.
Are There Shipping Charges & Who Arranges the Freight?
Yes, We Charge For Shipping. We work with major freight companies and pass on the savings to you. We Arrange the freight for you. A Shipping quote will be given to you at the time of purchase. We have many shipping points around the country.
Can I Visit the Warehouse Before I Buy?
No, Since we ship directly from the Department Store's Distribution Warehouses, they do not allow for inspections. Rest assured, this is a good thing! When Your Truck ships direct, you can be confident that it was NOT picked through. Other Liquidation companies that ship from their own warehouse, often take out the good stuff, and ship you the leftovers. We at TruckloadDeals.com ONLY Ship Direct from the Store to your location.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
Depending on the Truckload you order, it can take anywhere from 4-10 Business Days to Receive Your Truckload. The Shipping Company will call you in advance to let you know exactly when the truck will be there.
What Quality Are These Truckloads?
Truckloads Vary as the type of merchandise quality they are, We strive to ship the cleanest truckloads on the market. Some Truckloads will say Overstock which means they are mostly new items with minimal damage, some other loads are Customer Returns, which means the packaging can be damages and the items can be gently used, but still have value.
